Commodore 64 Released for the Apple iPhone
ｭAn emulator for the 1980s domestic computer, the Commodore 64 has been released for the Apple iPhone. The emulator, from Kiloo and Manomio is based on the original and all-time famous 8-bit home computer released by Commodore International in August 1982.
“We are excited to bring the authentic Commodore 64 gaming experience to millions of Apple iPhone and iPod touch users globally,” said Jacob Moller, Chief Executive Officer at Kiloo. “It is now possible to re-experience the golden days of computer gaming right in the palm of your hand anywhere and at anytime. Expect to be entertained as we are rolling out a vast amount of the good old game classics in the coming months.”
“Launching our renowned Commodore 64 brand on the Apple App store is a big step for us. It is almost three decades since we released our first home computer and today it is possible to get the exact same retro experience on an iPhone.
